If you have a question or need assistance, we are available on live chat Monday-Friday during normal visitation hours (5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST / 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. EST). On weekends, please send us a detailed email and we'll respond to you as soon as possible. Device and speed issues that require troubleshooting will be addressed the following Monday.

While chatting, if we determine your issue would be better handled over the phone, we will call you to assist.

  • ATTORNEYS: For assistance Monday - Friday, please send us a live chat. If you need assistance getting your inmate to the visit over the weekend, please call the jail directly.
